The lifting devices provide a safe and easy way to remove the restrainer basket when changing the filter bag. They are included in delivery but also available as spare parts for bag filters type EL, SL or TL.

Bag hold-down rings
|
 
|
The bag hold-down rings provide a safe position of the filter bag inside the housing during filtration. They are included in delivery but also available as spare parts for all offered types of bag filters.

Modules
|
 
|
The module shown here is a flanged T-section made from 316 SS. Also available: 90° elbows, flange reduction, flange manifolds.

Displacement ballons
|
 
|
Using an displacement ballon during filtration, the residual liquid can be reduced to a minimal amount, which helps if the filter bag has to be changed. Material: Stainless steel, Max. pressure up to 16 bar, Sizes 1 and 2 (suitable for bag filter sizes 1 and 2).

Mesh Strainers
|
 
|
Adapted to the different types of our bag filters, mesh strainers are available in four sizes. They are made from 316 SS offering the following micron ratings: 25 µm, 50 µm, 100 µm, 150 µm, 250 µm, 400 µm, 800 µm, 1200 µm, 4000 µm.

O-ring seals
Leg assembly

For our bag filter types EL and SL we offer a leg assembly as accessories, if the housing cannot be fixed inline or to a wall. As a standard, it is already included in delivery of bag filter type TL.

Fastening clamp
|
 
|
The fastening clamp is available for all bag filter types EL and SL with the sizes 10 and 20. It is used for fixing the housing to a wall.
|
Gauge
|
 
|
The gauge indicates the pressure inside of the bag filter in bar.
|
Air vent valve
|
 
|
The air vent valve will be used to de-aerate the bag filter before opening.
|
T-section
|
 
|
At all bag filters type EL, the T-section can be used to connect a gauge and an air vent valve at the same time.
|
Lock screw
|
 
|
If there is neither a gauge nor an air vent valve fixed to the bag filter, this lock screw will be used.
