20 years ago the company Schwegmann Filtrations-Technik GmbH was founded. However, our company has a long history as the filtration technology department of the company Bernd Schwegmann GmbH & Co KG.
This department served the company Schwegmann already since the 1960s as a third business segment with a turnover share of 10% at last. In the own sewing department two employees were employed, one of our strengths already at that time: The production of sieve and filter bags according to customer specific requirements.
In January 2002 this department was separated from the company Bernd Schwegmann GmbH & Co. KG and continued as an independent company under the name Schwegmann Filtrations-Technik GmbH. Sebastian Schwegmann became managing partner, who has kept our company on a growth course together with a highly motivated team ever since. "Detect the difference" is our mission, with which we are committed to our customers and our goals.
With the move to our new building in Grafschaft-Ringen in 2017, we were able to significantly expand our capacities. The number of our employees has now risen to 30, and our sales growth is regularly in the double-digit percentage range.
In our anniversary year 2022, we are again making big plans and are looking at a further expansion of our premises and our production technology capacities. We are motivated to continue the success story of our company and look forward to mastering the challenges of the coming years together with our customers and partners.
