Screen mesh made of plastic

The monofilament screen mesh consists of smooth and even (monofilament) threads. The values of the sieve mesh openings are precisely defined and measured. The screen fabric is heat-set and thus retains its mesh strength. With monofilament fabrics, defined grain sizes can be retained on the surface of the meshes. Sieving is basically a classification of defined particle sizes with high selectivity. We recommend polyester fabric for acids and polyamide fabric for alkalis. We also offer polypropylene and many other materials on request. For an antistatic design, we recommend our polyamide screen fabric with carbon fibers. Our standard roll widths in stock are between 60 and 120 cm wide. Other widths are available on request. We are also happy to offer you laser-cut or punched screen fabrics in all shapes and dimensions.
