Our ring filter bags are made for use with closed bag filter housings and are compatible with all commonly available bag filters.

Filter bags from Schwegmann Filtrations-Technik are a safe Made in Germany product of proven quality: Whether in the production of paints and varnishes, printing inks, chemicals or solvents, our ring filter bags are used in a wide range of applications in the German industrial sector. They are used wherever open filtration with filter bags no longer works, because higher throughputs, higher pressures, higher temperatures or more aggressive media are used, or where the focus is simply on employee safety.

Unsere Filterbeutel sind mit einem verzinkten Ring aus Stahl oder Edelstahl im Beutelkragen versehen und ermöglichen so ein leichtes Einsetzen. Beutelfilter in der Größe R1/R2 sind standardmäßig mit zwei Schlaufen versehen, welche die Handhabung zusätzlich erleichtern. Neben den Standardabmessungen ist es uns auch möglich, kleinere Stückzahlen nach individuellen Maßangaben herzustellen. Wir können sämtliche Durchmesser und Längen konfektionieren. Die WeBaX® Filterbeutel von Schwegmann Filtrations-Technik gibt es in sechs verschiedenen Materialien sowie in 23 verschiedenen Maschenweiten, sodass für jede Anwendung der passende Filterbeutel dabei ist. Filter bag with metal ring in the bag collar - also available in stainless steel on request

The ring filter bags have a galvanized steel ring in the bag collar, which guarantees an absolutely secure fit in the bag filter housing.
On request, the filter bags can also be modified and fitted with a stainless steel ring instead.
If steel is not permitted in your filter process, we can alternatively manufacture the rings in plastic, e.g. polypropylene.
