Quality Policy

The quality policy defined here is a central component of the quality management system (QM system) in our company. The QM system is a description of the requirements we have defined. Its application ensures that all activities that have an impact on the company's performance are planned, controlled and monitored and that contractually agreed requirements are met.

Industrial filtration covers a very wide range of tasks. At Schwegmann Filtrations-Technik GmbH, we offer various solutions for solid/liquid separation and air filtration.

We manufacture sieve and filter bags in our sewing shop and can customise the size and shape of the bags to our customers' requirements. The bags are used for sieving and filtering liquids, for example in the chemical industry. Filter housings, filter cartridges, filter cartridges, pocket filters and compact filters round off the product range. In most cases, our products are used to filter unwanted residues from liquids or the air.

Our products ensure that our customers' production processes run smoothly.

It is therefore our goal, in collaboration with our customers and suppliers

  • to produce and dispatch products in such a way that our customers' specifications and requirements are reliably met at all times,
  • always measure our company's entire range of services against customer wishes and market requirements and organise them accordingly,
  • to constantly increase customer satisfaction as a result,
  • develop a quality management system that meets the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 and is certified by an external testing organisation,
  • to promote the quality awareness of all employees.

The quality of our products and our entire range of services is of paramount importance to our company and is an obligation for both management and employees.

For us, the term "quality" does not just mean reliable and exact compliance with the product quality agreed with our customers. The term also includes compliance with the requirements and expectations of our customers in all areas of our business. In this respect, we are committed to customer-orientation. It goes without saying that the limits set by our corporate principles must be adhered to.

All employees share responsibility for the quality of our products and services. A funda-mental principle is:

The continuous improvement of the company is therefore also a prerequisite for us in the medium and long term for an effective reduction in costs and an important contribution to conserving resources and improving processes.

A smooth organisation and the most advanced quality management methods form the necessary framework for this. All employees are obliged to apply the regulations applicable in their area of responsibility, to constantly monitor their effectiveness and to adapt them to the latest knowledge and requirements. This understanding of quality and quality awareness, as well as the involvement of all employees in quality, are prerequisites for the satisfaction of our customers and thus for the long-term success of our company.
