The LabFiX-XL extends the proven LabFiX laboratory filtration with a container holding 30 litres. This makes the system ideal for small batches that are too large for conventional laboratory equipment, but for which conventional bag filtration is not yet worthwhile.
With the LabFiX-XL, liquids can be sieved quickly, cleanly and easily. At the same time, the system remains flexible: after a simple conversion, the smaller LabFiX containers with 2 or 5 litres can also be used.

Product development, trial runs or smaller production batches often produce quantities that are difficult to process with a conventional laboratory filter. At the same time, these quantities are often too small for a larger filter system or bag filtration.

Efficient sieving of up to 30 litres
The operating principle is the same as that of the proven LabFiX with 2- and 5-litre containers. The desired sieve mesh is clamped in place, the container is closed and the sieving process is carried out using compressed air.
This means that even larger laboratory batches and small batches can be processed quickly and conveniently. Time-consuming manual sieving is reduced and the filtration process can be integrated more easily into existing workflows.
One system for 2, 5 and 30 litres
The LabFiX-XL is not limited exclusively to the large 30-litre container. The holder for the XL container can be removed, so that the smaller LabFiX containers with 2 or 5 litres can then also be used.
This gives users a particularly flexible system for different batch sizes. The same unit can be used for everything from small laboratory tests to small batches of 30 litres.

Flexible choice of sieve mesh
The sieve mesh on the LabFiX-XL is clamped according to the same principle as on the LabFiX with 2 or 5 litres.
This means that all common mesh sizes and suitable materials can be used. The sieve mesh can be selected to suit the respective liquid, particle size and task.
This allows the LabFiX-XL to be flexibly adapted to different products and filtration requirements.
